I haven't done any Trans direct express in a while. I just talked to a rep for 15 mins. You don't have to put the token on the ssba form. Its not mandatory. If you don't it slows the app processing by a day or 2 as it has to go to the indexing dept to get a token #. Are agents getting the token # at the clients house or when they get home before turning the app in?Also with the token # can a client update there card info on the phone vs having to send a new form in?
Better call back and talk to someone else lol. They just made a new SSBA form. Attached.

Who knows? I'm piecing things together from emails, new docs and rumors here.
Wow that's interesting that there IS a form now. The first Trans Rep said there is a form but I couldn't find it anywhere on their site, the 2nd and 3rd rep both said there is NO form just write "T" before the direct express number. I'll stick with the form now. I always call Transamerica the DMV of insurance companies, but I"m a glutton for punishment they are usually my go to company.
