Because of that, I think the purpose of the mystery shopper is to see how docs are handling Medicaid recipients, uninsured, vs insured. Another duh...

Gee an I wonder if they give any thought to the people that won't be able to get an appointment now because the mystery shopper has booked up the time.

That's not what he said earlier.
He said the govt was going to save Medicare without shifting to the seniors but by lowering the cost of services.

I was in the car while the speech was going on. Thought I was going to stroke out. He is so totally clueless I had to turn off the radio.
Almost 3 yrs in office and still has no idea what he is doing. You would think he would learn something in that time but just as out of touch now as before.
