UHC Client received BENELYNK LETTER

Hello all,

My client received a letter stating that they just have to provide a simple signature to appoint BENELYNK for "Authorization of assistance", United Healthcare is on the letterhead.

Does this replace me as the AOR? I'm baffled as I haven't been in the SNP space recently for the state of New York.

Benelynk work in the back end with the MCO. They deal with SDoH.

They help clients fill out their Medicaid applications. I’ve found United to be the best in keeping the agent as Aor if the customer calls in . Sometimes they’ll flip them .
