UHC Underwriting Neuropathy

Do they take it they don't ask on app and don't have Gabapentin on drug list

Does anyone know if they would accept this?

Also no insulin questions do they take insulin up to 50 units? Over 50 units?

Not looking level 2, But only started writing them again after few years so trying to get used to their underwriting again have a few cases in mind

With UHC, neuropathy associated with diabetes is a Level 2 rate. This is how their question reads; Diabetes, but only if you have circulation problems or Retinopathy. Neuropathy is considered a circulation problem with UHC.

It is a nervous system disorder. However, the underlying disease is DM (usually.) It's pretty much always at least a rate up.

Decreased blood flow deprives nerve cells of oxygen. That causes the nerve damage.
