Quote on the package and have the same carrier provide the umbrella. If the owner is unwilling to let you approach it that way, move on to the next one.

Or just get appointed with Farmers and cross sell the Umbrella. Their agent should have given them the umbrella when they wrote the BOP. That's S.O.P. on small commercial like your prospect. Or if they're in Texas, give me the referral and I'll cut you half my NB commission.

I heard farmers just imploded nationally on their motel and hotel rates. I bet allied blows them out of the water. If its in California or Oregon... Cal mutual or Oregon mutual.
