I still can't grasp that auto UM would transfer to motorcycle accidents. It doesn't make sense to me. You should if you can afford it. I guess you have to pay to play.

I totally agree. UM/UIM should not and sell it that way. In AZ, the courts have ruled to the dead/injured party time after time, regardless of policy language....I always ask for the details, why are you paying..... all I get is .....voice mail.....

But this is the Wild West, AZ.....too close to CA.
