Is anyone else having difficulties yesterday and today using the direct connect between United and Healthcare.Gov? I keep getting error messages and yes I use Sherpa extensively.

I had problems with Assurant yesterday also, probably a back door HC.gov issue. Just pivot to Sherp in these situations.
 
If it was a new case I'd already be there. Both these cases the apps are done for 2015 on Healthcare.Gov so using Sherpa seems like a waste of $50.
 
Were you able to get the subsidy though back to United to finish the app? That's where it wasn't working.
 
UHC has been down for last 3 days..........Is anything working except for the Sherp?

Bring back paper apps and the FAX machine!!!
 
I had one UHC Exchange app yesterday and it went through without a problem from start to finish.

I am using Chrome, not IE, as the browser, I don't know if that makes a difference or not.
 
Is anyone seeing Sherpa apps posted to UHC New Business at E-Store?

The other carriers seem to get Sherpa business posted same-day in their agent portals; but not UHC. I have Sherpa apps from Nov 15th that have never reached my UHC portal.

UHC seems to have taken 4 days off for the holiday.
Guess this Open Enrollment is insignificant business for them.

Sherpa isn't taking the days off, though, are they! I received an email from Ning ON THANKSGIVING DAY, fixing a problem that I created. Way to go, Ning!
