United Direct Connect

I submitted 2 more UHC apps yesterday through the UHC direct connect using Chrome, there was no issue once again other than it hung up 1X on applying the premium and all I had to do was try it again and it completed successfully.
 
I've tried Chrome and IE and still get an error message. I don't think its the computer as I used Assurant's system and had no issues.
