I'm just curious, how can an agent not know what the benefits are? Isn't that a part of our job? It's online at the click of a button for GR, it literally brings you to the specific benefits.

I thought this was posted in the "Getting Started Selling Insurance" forum<sarcasm>? I apologize for asking any question which you think I should know already. FWIW, I'm in the process of trying to learn, inside and out, all the plans which I'm appointed to sell. I have not started to sell because I still have allot to learn, hence the question presented.

my wife and i have an appt in manhattan. she works on wall and i just always thought it was funny how the new yorkers used to attack the people from jersey and out side nyc.

one time a native started screaming at a bus driver from jersery... he said in this most new york accent, go back to jersery u f.ing douche bag.... my wife and i about peed our pants it was so funny .....
