I that 18% for 8 years? I believe MSIS offers 18% with leads but renewals are only around 9%.
I get 18% in IN for 8 years. I am sure I can get you the same contract if MD and IN commissions are the same.

Yes, I take a commission hit in later years for the leads. UW is the only one I have that way. I haven't been with them long, so, the jury is still out if it's working well for me.

I'm not an FMO. I'm not a managing agent. I don't have any agents that work for me and I don't want any. I just offered to refer the ones that asked to my FMO and they can take it from there.

I'm sure they would release me if I wanted, so, I'll keep you in mind if I feel the leads are not worth the hit.

You seem to be pretty up on the industry. Perhaps you would honor us with your contact information. We don't know who you are and I'm sure many of us would like to learn your name, company, website, etc.

Think of the additional credibility it would add to someone with only a couple of posts.

If you pm me, I will be happy to discuss the requirements and see whether or not you can get that level. If you don't initially qualify, you can increase over time with production. I have quite a few people writing in ME with them.
