What is the big deal with getting 18%? Any ethical marketing organization should be offering that. If they are not I would not waste my breath talking to them.
If they are going to screw out of a couple of percentage points there, God only knows where they are really sticking it up your ass.
When I contacted the marketing organization I am with I didn't have to ask for 18%, he just told me that is what I would be getting with, no production requirements. That is also level and doesn't go down after the first year.
I was offered leads but declined. I really don't need them, my Prospects database chock full of people for me to call.
I also get $400 per app if I write a PFFS plan for Pyramid. That is without adding a PDP and with no production requirements. I didn't have to ask for that either.
I work with a very honest and ethical marketer. The more I talk to other agents the more I realize I may have found one of the better, more honest and ethical ones out there.
