I have a husband and wife looking for up to 50K each. Both are in their late 50's.

Husband takes takes about 100 Hydrocodone per month for back pain and works outside the U.S. He's getting ready to go to Australia for the next two years and is in management so it's a pretty safe job. Height and weight are good. Smoker.
'
Wife takes Valium and blood pressure pill along with a Thyroid pill. Height and weight are good. Smoker.

Probably wanting a 10 pay or 20 pay. Any ideas? Hubby can't go fully underwritten do to blood test as he leaves the country in less than a week. Wife probably doesn't want to do one.

They have several grandchildren and I know Settlers has some kind of grandchild benefit.

The Hydrocodone and Valium have me scratching my head along with the relatively high face amounts compared to the usual.

RNA's Essential life would be non med to $49,999. They do have a 20 pay option. None of the meds should pose a problem. Even if they did it would be a slight rating instead of a decline.

That product is priced so well that a rating would still most everyone else.

Sagicor has great Smoker Rates under 65 with their Gold Series whole life plan.

They also have a 7pay Indexed Whole Life Plan that is unique (annual pay mode only).

Should not have any issues with either plan and both are non-med to 249,999 under age 65, T-4 issued as Standard.

I was told by them it could be table 2 to 4 due to the Hydrocodone but not a decline. Don't know how much the premium would be effected.
