Chase, please be honest here. What incentive do I have to lie? You are taking an ENTIRELY different stance that when we talked on the phone. You did not ask about my contract levels in an attempt to keep me, that ship had sailed. You used the levels as another reason to bash the IMO that I am considering by saying that 'carriers have guidelines and that IMO was being unethical by offering those levels'. From the moment I asked for the release all you've done was bash Matt. I am in this business to learn and make money, not to be involved in any petty back and forth.

And I posted on the forum to get advice from other agents about my situation. My post was a factual recap of my dealing with you.

......so are you saying that the releases were processed???
As long as you don't have any debt, you shouldn't need a reason and should be able to fire their ass if you want to. You're a self employed Independent Agent!!!

The spin. This is what I was waiting for. Ben that just isn't true. I hate to put you in the middle of this cause you are honestly the only reason I stuck around for 2 months instead of leaving after my first week. Your trainings on the podcast are GREAT.

But back to reality. When I called Chase today he flat out told me that 'we have too much time invested in you, we're not going to release you t this time'. That's when I got upset and I asked what he had down for me. And his only rebuttal was "we gave you access to the Dropbox". Come on man. We talked 4 times in 2 months. And the 1 time I called him from a house was my 1st day in field.

Well the good thing is Chase is telling you and Cole that he is processing my release. Total opposite what He himself told me earlier today. Our conversation ended when I asked him "so just so I'm clear, you will not even consider a release until I send you a list of the contracts that I was offered", he laughed and said "that's correct". I responded "why is that necessary, you're playing f*ckng games".

I never said f off.
Glad you found the training useful. And as most situations, it's a he said she said. Either way, it should all get settled and you'll be able to go try it out elsewhere. Wish you nothing but the best.

I said it for you ;)

No need in repeating what I've already said.

And what are you still doing here? You still trying to come up with the next great get rich quick scheme?

I don't understand some people. No job, no income and yet spend all day playing on the internet....

Not me - I wrote $10k AP on my own pen in Sept.

Over $5k this month with a Hurricane coming.

Loving what I do . . .

What brought you into the convo BoBo? You in the hierarchy between Chase and new guy?

This is the content I'm here for!

Sounds like the efes guy can't control his poor little emotions and this agent is not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed.

Writes 34k in two months.....swaps imos.

Dealing with agents like this is not worth the head ache. Not sure why this Chase guy didn't send you on the way.

So - no debt - Chase should 100% release him then?

He has 34kish in debt. If I were EFES I would try to work a deal out where the new IMO is responsible for that debt and get rid of the headache. I don't even know if that's possible, but I'd try. I've always said that there's no money in great salesmen in this biz. Once the agent starts counting your money he's outta here. I'd love a group of group of 7k per month producers. Enough to make a living but still need you. But I don't recruit and train agents, so what do I know?
