If you took advances, you do owe the carrier(s) money. If you were paid as earned, then you owe the carriers nothing, and they owe you commissions on any future premiums paid on your cases.

I am confused you wrote 18K and then 16K on whose leads and you want to leave?

IMO, there are some very good folks at EFES, and Matt is good people too. I hate when I see these forum dust ups. The truth is that getting released is likely never as quick and easy as the recruiters will tell us it will be when they are recruiting us.

But releases are granted - by EFES and others on the forum. There is, imo, a right way and a wrong way to go about applying the necessary "pressure" required to get released. I'm pretty sure that starting a thread like this after just a week or so into the process is not in the column of the right way.

That being said, I look forward to hearing more about your story and how you succeeded so strongly in such a short time with nothing but FB leads. And I mean that sincerely - I am not trying at all to be sarcastic (I know it is sometimes hard to tell when someone is being sarcastic from someone in earnest when reading a typed forum post).

Rob, when you mentioned before that your file wasn't readable or too small, I chimed in and told you to email me and I'd fix it. I never heard from you, so I assumed you were joking. I talked to chase and asked him was he really not releasing you and he said of course he was. He was just heated on the call because you acted as if he did nothing for you after you received all the training and you were cursing at him. Even told him to F off.

He took all of your calls when you were sitting with clients and helped you close multiple deals.

Many ways to ask for a release and you went about it the wrong way in my humble opinion.

But as expected, he was never NOT gonna release you. We don't want someone to be forced to stay.

I am playing with some ideas on freshen up my book inventory with a combo of new Term and Senior Life clients. SIWL type, not "FE" type.
Knowing you do not a comparison and not knowing what area you work. How would you describe the people you wrote? Demographics? Do you know your average premium?

The spin. This is what I was waiting for. Ben that just isn't true. I hate to put you in the middle of this cause you are honestly the only reason I stuck around for 2 months instead of leaving after my first week. Your trainings on the podcast are GREAT.

But back to reality. When I called Chase today he flat out told me that 'we have too much time invested in you, we're not going to release you t this time'. That's when I got upset and I asked what he had down for me. And his only rebuttal was "we gave you access to the Dropbox". Come on man. We talked 4 times in 2 months. And the 1 time I called him from a house was my 1st day in field.

Well the good thing is Chase is telling you and Cole that he is processing my release. Total opposite what He himself told me earlier today. Our conversation ended when I asked him "so just so I'm clear, you will not even consider a release until I send you a list of the contracts that I was offered", he laughed and said "that's correct". I responded "why is that necessary, you're playing f*ckng games".

I never said f off.

I can only speak to my experience buddy. I've only ever known Chase to be the epitome of class in this industry. I would sincerely urge you to give him a call and deal with this.

Maybe you are seeing a side you havent seen before?
