As discussed at length, do not assume that fending off the feds will fend off reform movements. Many of us live in states that have already messed up the market and many more are quite willing to have a shot at it and are well under way with those plans. The more the states mess things up, the more the cry for a fed takeover.

I read this at lightening speed but I did note a statement there that the plans in their exchange were more pricey than outside the exchange.
