Will Mutual of Omaha terminate appointment if I get a second wage garnishment? I already have 1 with them and they did not terminate my appointment.

That's an HR / licensing / compensation question.
they can legally fire you however, if you were to file for bankruptcy, they can't. Depending on the circumstances, you should look into chapter7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy. 2nd garnishment means second judgement against you. It may improve your credit in the long run.
