I just did an exchange app for a client and found all new screens.

I went through it step by step, clicked Enroll, and then realized there was no obvious place to enter my broker iD.

I can deal with the loss of 2 months' commissions but has anyone else seen the same thing or was I moving so quickly through the app that I just missed it?

Great...I'm sure all of us are interested in hearing more from others that experienced the NEW enrollment method...

I called the Marketplace about this-there is a question that asks 'Is Anyone helping you complete this application' without any drop down menu or choices, you have to click "Yes" to put in your information.

The Marketplace rep said we could update the information online but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I won't miss this again, you learn something new every day :nah:

Don't know FLM, but an agent did a telephone with healthcare.gov and they took her name and npn.

I'm talking about the online app-I called the Marketplace back and was told the application can't be edited so a new one has to be submitted-this would probably eliminate the SEP so that isn't an option.

I just found the Coventry Agent of Record form, I will fill it out and send it in, maybe that will work.

Here's a link to a training document that shows screenshots of the new HealthCare.gov enrollment process. I don't see the "Is Anyone Helping You?" question.

I just found it on page 16 of the first link, it is really tough to find but has a check box next to: 'Another person is helping me complete this application'

The training document does have a big window explaining to put it there, when was this document released to everyone (not that I would have read it anyway).

Why would redoing the application eliminate the SEP? Secondly the AOR form would have given you the credit you for the enrollment that you deserved.
