Website Wants - How Can I?

I want a website where:

1) Consumer can shop for health and life plans
2) Will compare term life and health plans and allow consumer to purchase from website
3) Gather info for Annuity requests
4) Give info on Med Supps/Life/Health/Annutities for consumer education
5) Be able to capture the consumer info as they come in for various quotes - including WL/UL/IUL/DI/CI requests

How can I do this? It seems like I would need to incorporate various quote engines to accomplish this. I looked at Insurint but they seem limited on Life side as far as companies represented.

I would also like to take the leads and have them imported into an automailer/CRM/Marketing program. Am I asking too much?

I'm sure it can be done - it just might be expensive and require some help.

First, look at your competition. Its a lot easier to promote a website that is unique and in a certain niche.

When I was working on my website, I used Elance. You can post a project and various freelancers will bid on the project. You can interview them, share your ideas, and find someone who can bring your vision to life.

Leads can be easily be added to an automated marketing system. I use OfficeAutopilot and it can capture from a website and send automatic responses. It's amazing software!

Good luck!

But what can I use to generate the quotes on the life side? Is there one that has all carriers included?

The other questions is - should pricing be provided online or a quote form so I can go over specifics with the client?

The best way to do that would be to set up a blog using the wordpress platform. Wordpress is extremely easy to customize and is very seo friendly. I use the icompany theme to use as my website and my blog. You can use a quoting engine from quotit to do the life, medicare and health insurance quotes. You could easily do the redirects so that you have them go to a different website to get a quote but to them they will never leave your website. Wordpress is free and you would only pay for the webhosting with domain name which is $47 with the best hosting for wordpress. I give away some free videos on how to install and setup wordpress on my blog .You can install in about 5 minutes and then customize it in about an hour. Get someone to write the content for another $20 and have about $100 into a site that would get you more leads in a very short amount of time.

Put yourself in the position of the consumer.

I assume that the person we are talking about does not know you. Why would your own client be filling in a quote request form?

So, we are talking about a stranger or referral that is visiting your site.

Why would a stranger tell you all about themselves and "hope" that you are the right agent? What generates a sense of trust to do that? Most people are afraid of giving personal information on-line. How do you get them over that fear?

You do that by letting them run a simple quote, without having to divulge their name, email or phone number. You let them see som actual live results which will lead them to have more confidence in you.

Now they have companies and products in front of them, with a "Request Application" button. They hit the button. What it now asks them for is a short list of additional information. They've come this far, they are much more likely to go a little further.

Once again, put yourself into the client's position. Am I right?

And when you try out the sample website:

Life Insurance Quotes

and after you have run a quote, pick a company and product and click the "Request Application" button. I will then get an email with your information. When I do, I will forward it right back to you so you can see what you would be getting if that happens on your web site.

Of course if you set this up on your web site, email requests go to YOU and NOT me. You determine the email address to be sent to using your personal control panel. The control panel also lets you choose which companies are included in your quotes and you can change those, or the email address, anytime you want.

Incidentally, the test site does not have all the companies. If you are wondering which companies we have, you can run a quote at www.term4sale.com. It's the same database.

So click the Request Application button and send the email to me. I'll send it back to you.

And don't forget, you can try all this for 4 months for FREE, with NO OBLIGATION to buy anything. You can talk about what works best, but I am letting you actually put the car on the track and run laps. It's better felt than telt.

I would still need to pay the $99 for the website linked version correct?

You must be a Compulife subcriber to be able to obtain the web version for $99 per year. A personal use subscription to Compulife is $199 per year, making the total cost $298 if you are not a subscriber.

Are you currently a subscriber?

If not, you can try out the whole thing for free for 4 months.

If you are already a subscriber, then you can try out the web version free for 4 months.
