Getting to the site is easy. Completing an app is the challenge.

Right now I have 3 Aetna and 1 Humana apps in various stages of completion. If am lucky, 10% of these self generated apps will actually be completed and submitted. Perhaps half of those will actually be issued.
 
Employers are going to have a hard time absorbing 5%-7% rate increase on top of the normal 17%.

I think on something like this you have to spin it. Tell employers & employees that they have everything covered for them to get healthy and stay healthy. Maybe even BS a bit about how this might prevent larger claims from happening.

As Brokers what else can we say beside repeal the law?

With 100% compliance, you would see a difference in claims. More so if the plan was a high deductible where employees and dependents had some skin in the game.

But with low copays and low deductibles, all the preventive stuff is just window dressing and has almost no impact on claims.
