Amen! Trump has even previously said the scope of appointment/48 hour rule to simple speak to an agent is absolutely ridiculous. Now is our time to POUNCE!!!!

We need to get rid of this absolutely ridiculous call-recording nonsense rule.....not that many of us are even doing it.

All it does is bog down small independent mom and pop agents, scares people away with the stupid disclaimers, and encourages people to go to id-i-ot government navigators.

A VERY SMALL segment of the agent population ruins it for everyone. Here's a novel idea....how about JUST going after the small amount of bad actors and stop punishing everyone?? Small agents are not the problem and never were.

It was always just an excuse to make it much harder for us to operate.

We also need to get ALL of that HUGE government navigator funding cut NOW. There is ZERO need for it and is a complete waste of taxlayer dollars, because we agents exist.

Those people are uneducated on insurance, unskilled, unlicensed, low paid government employees who could not care less about seniors.

CMS has done everything they can possibly do to handcuff us agents since the Biden/Kamala administration got in. We have to get on this on day one!

We much get some of our own people inside CMS, and our own agent lobbyists in President Trump's ear.
