If the Classic Plan is the plan they enroll LIS bennies in, you mean it's not $0/mo? I figured it would be, since that's the default PDP medicaid members are passively enrolled into.

When coupled with LIS, the premium becomes $0.

Typically, PDPs with a premium of $40 or less will be $0 with LIS. But not always.
