I haven't worked for Western Southern but I went through about 3 interviews with them. My observations are they work the middle to lower middle market for the most part. They have a very structured training program that you will have to follow. It will be good training and if you do what they teach you you will probably succeed. My overall feeling is that it would be a very good place to learn to sell. I don't know if it would be the best place for a long term career or not. Maybe/maybe not! Not a bad place to start and learn.
