they gave me a 30 day free trial instead cause i was asking all these questions and how it works and i wanted to see it from the membership side. Im sure there is an option somewhere but if i cant find it ill ask again. they have an instant live chat box

One complaint with Agent Secure is not having binding authority. You submit and wait a bit..
Usually can get someone on the phone, sometimes helpful, sometimes will tell you that you need to talk to person "X" who you then play phone tag with.
Overall we're happy with the deal, not perfect.. but what is?
