Btw, I am not active often here like this due to my busy schedule, but rather to continue reading what others financial advisors / insurance agents are doing. Researching on incorrect billing for a colonoscopy. The affordable care act covers these now but there is a conflict between insurance and the facility. I want to post a question but what name can I use for the recipient?

About 14 years ago I was googling an insurance question and there was a link to our forum showing the answer I needed. I do not remember the question or answer.
