Can't say I've used Kramer Direct, but $420 per 1000 piece drop seems reasonable to me. I call fresh leads three times alternating the times of day, phone numbers, and days of the week...then start door knocking them.

I'll repeat the process on aged leads as well.

I generally never give up until they tell to go !@#% off.
