Came across this and thought I would add to it. To the thread starter, most of these guys are really good at what they do and are giving you years of advice in one paragraph. They can save you a lot of time, money, and problems. Sometimes they may mess with you a little but why not, they have given the same advice to every new wannabe agent that comes on here. It is good solid knowledge. As for selling homeowners along with F/E, really not a good idea. Once you start knocking on doors you will see why. Do one thing and do it well. A master of your craft if you will. But that is your call. Good luck.

Interesting how someone actually figured out how to get to the seniors that not only know how to computers, but will actually BUY insurance. The ones that are smart enough NOT to reply to "2014 Benefit" cards! Sounds like the internet lead dude has a killer frickin lead!
