Hi all - I actually work for a company (Core Commissions) that does exactly what you are trying to do. We automate the entire commission payment process, and can even import and convert carrier statements. Overrides, tiers, bonuses, advances, etc.... are all part of the standard set-up. Commission management is all we do, so we are very familiar with every scenario you can throw our way and have been doing a lot of work with the insurance sector recently.
