Personally if I were going to talk about death I would like to drink coffee all the way through the conversation.

For something . . . maybe. Just may not be YOUR prospect.
Anyone who says life insurance is not an emotional sale has no idea what they are talking about. The exception is those looking for the lowest term rate.
All insurance is emotion driven to an extent, but nothing as much as life insurance. A totally unselfish purchase (in most cases). The insured will never see the benefit of their purchase.
Every other form of insurance is a "me" purchase. Health, DI, LTC, etc are situations where the insured reaps the benefit.
Not so with life insurance.

I am a big coffee drinker, slowing down a bit. But I like all the fluffy stuff in my cup as well. I like to go into a coffee shop, order a cup from the long haired, sloppy dressed, face pierced guy behind the counter and say, "Yeah I drink a pretty effeminate cup of coffee."
You should see some of the looks I get. I love to mess with people gray matter. Sometimes its the greatest for of entertainment.

Some of the greats know how to safely tap into emotion. Listening to some of Feldman reminded me of that not long ago.

That is great and all, but why do you keep rubbing your nose after every sip?
