What do you think from your personal experience?

It cracks me up. Agent Joe buys a list of names that are in Agent Bubba's file cabinets. Agent Bubba buys a list of people that are in agent Joe's file cabinets. They pass each other traveling to each other's county.

That assumes that the two agents in question are only selling products and are not imparting any additional expertise or thoughts that are unique to the agents themselves.

Add in agent expertise, philosophy, and perspective... and both can sell each other's clients in different ways.

More money in the long run - p&c

More money today - life.

Here is the thing, though. Some people are good at selling p&c (like me)

Some people are good at selling life and annuities (definitely not me)

Very very few, but some people are good at selling both, and some people aren't good at selling either.
