I found out that she CAN take the AHIP course again AND that Amerigroup will let her use the $50 credit again too!

If this is the only carrier that will allow that agent to sell, then in the case of Amerigroup, she or he should work closely with them and get some retail positions and just sell that product. That would be my strategy.
