I will make 1 post... you stole from me, you tried to say you didn't but you then tried to say you will do whatever it takes to make up for it without admitting anything. Yes my reputation just like yours is tainted, so trying to play on the fact that I have a tainted reputation won't help you. Mine is tainted not for the same reasons as yours so don't even go there it won't help your case. You recruited me while still being a captive agent with Equita, you know it I know it and they know it the only reason I didn't testify is because it didn't benefit me and I didn't want to get involved, most everyone on here knows I have a very strong relationship with Equita, that doesn't change the fact that I met you before I met them.

Honestly Shannon you're not worth my time that's why haven't really responded during all this but the fact that you're such a blatant liar is almost funny to me, i'm sure I can look at the emails and the text messages from you but again it's not worth my time. You're such a Christian but you ruined a huge part of my income and the fact that you're perfectly OK with that it's kind of sad For you. Now I'm sure you'll come back with some great response but the reality of it is I think everyone sees through you.

What's really sad on my part is you're the second Bible thumping guy that's takin advantage of me I think this is something more about me than you.

But I can say i go to Texas occasionally you better eat a lot of bacon drop a lot of pounds because if you try to lie about me and the situation I will find you and have a nice face-to-face discussion, i'll bring my proof you can bring yours but will do it face-to-face like real man, it won't be David and goliath I can assure you of that.

By the way how's the roofing and patio business that you're doing on the side I guess things didn't work out the way you expected them to when you stole an entire download for me and Equita

Thad, the only people that stole agents away from you was Leigh Morris and Garry Needleman, former YIG owners. So I will explain this once again to you slow and clear.

I was "Never" captive to Equita and whoever it was that told you this is lying. I recruited you to Madison. You brought on an agency in Florida, whom we had to pull strings to get on. His name was Perry. You trained Perry to run his telemarking shop like yours. However, you complained to me on several occasions that Perry was not following your protocol. Plus Perry was not submitting any business.

I received a call from YIG asking if I would agree to release Perry to go direct. I said I am good with it as long as Thad is good with it because Perry is Thad's agent. YIG said they would call you to discuss.

However, Leigh nor Gary ever called you and they moved Perry and his agents out of your's and my hierarchy. As soon as we found this information out. I called Brian Pearson and explained that Leigh and Gary never had your permission to move Perry. So Brian said he would move Perry back. I called you and explained what Brian said. YOU told me you did not want Perry back! Why? Because Perry was NOT following your direction on the telesales and you forecasted Perry would more than likely create a huge debit balance that YOU did not want to be responsible for. I have text messages between you and me to prove this. You even told me you don't hold me responsible.

This will be the 3rd time I have had to explain this to you. Once when it first happened. 2nd when you warned another agent about me (which I called you straight away and discussed) and now this is the 3rd time.

You don't have to try and find me because I don't hide from people. You want to come to Texas for a Face to Face meeting let me know when and where. I will be there. In fact, I will pick you up at the airport.

And I do not remember threating anyone on this forum with lawsuits. If you have proof of the threats then please post them.

Thad, I don't have a beef with you and don't think your reputation is tainted. If you think your success hinges on what people think about you on this forum then you are sadly misinformed.

By the grace of God, I am doing more production with a better place and persist than I was doing before my abrupt ending at Equita and all during a 2-year court battle that we won.

I ordered FB leads from you last week, which performed well for me, and I will be ordering another batch in the coming days. Whatever your reputation is or was, you've treated me well, and so long as you are straight by me, I'll keep doing business with you.

Important thing to note to new agents reading this who might want to build an agency one day, burning bridges does nothing for you so treat everyone with respect. Don't be shady like most of them on here. Why does it seem like everyone on here has some type of past issue ? If you do want to be a good leader and someone admirable do not carry yourself like those arguing. If you must get involved create a screen name called the dude 2 .... And take out your frustrations anonymously ha ha ha ha ha

It is doing great! Thanks for asking! I have always had an entrepreneur spirit. I started the business back in 2016 after we had the big hail storm. All our neighbors needed roofs. The roofing companies were backed up for months. Its very simple as long as you have the crews to do the work. The average profit per roof is 5 to 7 grand depending on how many squares and the pitch of the roof. My son and his friend are running the show now.
