to satisfy CA mandate? I don't work in health insurance, but had a client ask me. They do not wish to have insurance (are use an alternative Crowd Funding approach), but would begrudgingly get something VERY basic and inexpensive if it satisfied the CA mandate. My very slight knowledge thinks Covered CA, but that there may be not much low cost available to them b/c of income. Any thoughts/ideas?
