What is Your Niche for P&C?

Hello!

I am a P&C agent in Central Florida and I was wondering what niches are you guys going after on the Property and Casualty side for personal lines and/or commercial?

What niches do you guys like the best? Are they profitable? And how do you go about prospecting for business?

I am more of a personal lines agency so I am trying to find an "untapped" niche on the personal lines side...
