What Percentage of Your Business is Replacements?

All this open talk of replacement tells me how much the business has changed since i started. In those days, almost everyone was a member of NALU and supposedly replacement of permanent insurance was something that just wasn't done..at least in the open. Everybody was doing it but no one would admit to it.

All this open talk of replacement tells me how much the business has changed since i started. In those days, almost everyone was a member of NALU and supposedly replacement of permanent insurance was something that just wasn't done..at least in the open. Everybody was doing it but no one would admit to it.

I think a big difference is that agents no longer service what they sell. Then they boo boo when someone replaces them. If they care at all.

I used to get calls from agents when I AOR'd or replaced a policy. Now, I hear nothing. Which is cool with me.
