What would you do with $125 million?

125 million.

I would first pay for younger siblings school.
I don't think my parents have debt but if they did I would pay it off.
Get a hard working relative a new house. Nothing fancy.
My best friend wants to go to graduate school but doesn't have the money so I'd help with that.

For me,
Buy real estate in cities in areas being gentrified (thanks fellow millennials). I'd probably live in one of them for a bit.
Buy a new vehicle. I'm due one.
Hire a personal chef.
Have someone clean my apartment weekly.
Depending on what city I lived in possibly get a driver for the weekends.

I'd really want to turn the 125 mil into 500 mil

That would be a tough call for me. My family all has more money then me and they have been nothing but moochers and leeches anyway! I have paid for the privilege of knowing them. Part of me would want to flip them all a million or so but part of me would just want to give them nothing.

Then you'd be part of the unverified 92% failure stat because zomg nobody would ever leave fe unless they failed.

I'd keep doubt what I'm doing but start investing into commercial real estate.

Eventually I want to have dozens of those Storage Unit complexes. Those things are cash flow machines.
