Where Do You Get Your E & O

All of our commissions are paid to the LLC. We only pay for two E/O plans, one for me and one for the wife.

We have a corporate e&o policy. We charge each agent a portion. Currently it is $22 a month. It covers the Corp and captives. It does not cover any external agents like our MAA force. It protects us from errors on only products they sell with us. So they should still have e&o for themselves.

I just renewed with NAPA. Coverage is 1m. It's $475 yr and covers FE & med supps. No portion of it is refundable, and it cannot be canceled by the policyholder.

I have an E&O that I got through NAIFA. It had been done through AON, but I got a notice saying NAIFA changed their endorsement, so I won't be renewing through AON, haven't seen the new one yet, though.

NAIFA's isn't the cheapest, but it is reasonably priced, and it helps to support my local.
