Anyone have enough information on PDP formularies and tier costs to project which plan would be most cost-effective for members taking Eliquis? The most expensive drug plan from Wellcare, Silverscript, and UHC are about the only plans that won't have the deductible and still have a copay for Tier 3, but I don't know where Eliquis is going to fall on each of those plan's tier levels.

What are you looking for? I did the certification and its there. Its just a rinse and repeat of all the other damn certifications.
