platforms are still able to submit HIX applications during the SEP period? It seems like UHC is still working. Humana not working during SEP. Any others?

CMS/healthcare.gov cut off the connection methods which were used by ALL WBE's (Web Broker Entities) when open enrollment ended and alas, they have not yet provided a way for them to do SEP's as yet. Some carriers are still accepting off exchange though that is a different animal completely.

The United Health One direct enrollment site seemed to be working today. It allowed an SEP app to be started for HIX.
