Which Carriers Are A Pain To Deal With?

What's the commission and any renewals ? Do they check mib and rx ? Moo and foresters only have a few questions.Neither require ss #. Both have high first yr but no renewals .

Not sure if this question is for me but I'll address it for you if it is. After all I started this thread so I'll assume it is.
_Sr Life can and will match or beat any other carrier's commission levels....as long as you have the production to earn it.
_No MIB. RX checks are used.
_Sr Life also doesn't require soc sec #'s.
_Sr Life also has high 1st year.
_Sr has life time renewals as long as the business is on the books. A lot of carriers that do pay renewals will pay them for only 10 years.

Lol. I know you're joking because Sr Life is extremely agent friendly and they also do FE telesales. Remember, we were the first FE agents in the nation to start utilizing telesales back in 2004, before most up here had even got licensed.

Actually I've had a terrible time with them over the years.

Couldn't get contracted.
Had to pay fees to get contracted.
Couldn't get my downlines contracted.
No one at the home office would help.
After 90 days I was sent to vector/collections for $0.

I assume the last was an automatic email/letter, but still.

I'm puzzled. I have agents that get contracted every week. Agents will have their license # in 2 days or less. Call me and I'll help you.

Greg I thought SL checked rx ? Your telling me if an agent answers no to all questions on the eapp and qualifies for super preferred there not checking rx's ? Also on the commission discussion . These 120% plus commissions you talk about at SL have never been confirmed by anyone else . It seems most agents get 80-90% and 2-4% type renewals . Josh can chime in on this . Also it seems when you leave LH and SL they love to vector agents . A 1/2 ass agent can get 125-130% Fyc and 8% type renewals . Your an exception at SL .

This is what I posted in post #11 above:

I'm saying there are no MIB's. RX checks however are used.

Commission levels will depend on who you're interviewing with. Sound like Josh tried to contract direct with SL, commissions are lower using that path. High production is what earns high commission levels.

The agents you mention above that can get 125%-130% don't get:
_$375 per 1000 DM drop.
_Group health, term, disability, dental, vision, cancer.
_Don't have access to TV leads just minutes old.
_Fixed price DM at $25 (most states) that are financed,
_Telesales training from someone with 15+years experience. No 3rd part underwriters involved either.
_Charge backs paid back on the back end, not on the front end out of your advances.
_Insulin friendly: ex. 10 year old insulin user gets immediate coverage at super preferred rates.
_A GI plan that start at age 0 thru age 85.

I better stop. This is turning into an infomercial...lol.

Keep in mind that if you do not add the Legacy Assurance plan for $3.00 per month, you will receive a huge cut in first year commission and 0% renewal commission.

Haha! I notice that happens to you a lot!;)

And if you do add Legacy your 13 month persistency is about 9% higher! Lifetime renewals too. Higher 13 month persistency is more $$$ for agents and for the carrier.

Legacy now includes telemedicine, free annual hearing exam, 15% discounts on diabetic shoes and socks, and more coming down the pike!

I may have one out of every 50 prospects say they don't want Legacy. The other 49 out of 50? Well, instead of me telling Ms. Jones why she should do this, she's telling me she wants to do this. Makes an agent's job that much easier.

And on average an agent should get about 2-3 extra sales per 20 leads contacted. Some people get a Sr Life policy not because they need insurance money, they get it only because they like the fact that they, and up to 4 family members included for free, will save $4000-$5000 on funeral expenses plus the new things being added through out the year. In other words agents don't have to have too many sales skills to be successful when Legacy is bundled with their policy.

Ms. Jones, and her family, save a whole lot more $$$ than what her membership costs.

That's because I truly believe this is the BEST FE opportunity in America. Now, the recruiters up here like Todd will try to discredit everything that we offer agents that he can't offer agents. In fact, picking on Todd a little here since he likes to pick with me, he offer nothing to his agents except contracts and verbal coaching.

If I'm wrong I apologize right here and now. So what does Todd offer his agents besides a contract and words of wisdom? Inquiring minds want to know.
