So, you don't have to charge the Legacy on each policy in the family and you still get full commission on each policy? That is good..
That is correct.

I wish you wouldn't call out @Todd King like that. It used to be kind of fun watching the verbal sparring. Then it got boring. Now it's annoying.
I've got a couple contracts with Todd. I can't speak for agents, but I like working with an IMO who knows how to leave me alone until I need something. When I need something, the he/she needs to be extremely quick to respond. I also need him/her to be completely knowledgeable about every single product he represents, as well as other popular products. Todd is all those things and even though I don't put a ton of business under his agency, I appreciate working with him.
Which part doesn't apply.. 100% chargeback or withholding renewals? The info you just posted is outdated. There is strong emphasis on conserving business. After all, FE carriers don't usually get into the profit side till after around the 3rd year or so.
You're correct, it's not all milk and honey. Nothing is, especially in sales.

Responding in kind is one thing. But calling someone out in a post by name, in a thread where he hasn't commented at all, looks more like picking a fight. That's good to hear. I agree that Todd is a knowledgeable guy. But tell Todd to back up what he says about me in public up here. Otherwise I'll respond back in kind.

So at least 10% of your business will probably drop in the first 4 months so that 120% contract ( which few few agents qualify for) is now 108% contract . Again I'm not being combative. Since you say you have nothing to hide post a full contract so we all can see the actual contract language . It's only fair as your recruiting as you say .Also post a 120% contract as I want to see the renewals . Since your an open book . While your at it post the requirements needed to get these benefits and more importantly maintain them . Snl you needed $10k a month . IMO's are offering $20 dm leads and your full contract levels for high production.
Ok. I have seen him respond to things you've said where you didn't mention him by name, but at least you were present in the thread. I haven't ever seen him refer to you, or call you out, in a thread you where you had not been a participant. Maybe he has and I've just missed it. If I ever see him do that I'll say the same thing to him.Todd has said negative things about me in other posts when I had never mentioned or referred to him. And no, I'm not going to waste my time digging them up.
