Which Carriers Are A Pain To Deal With?

I wish you wouldn't call out @Todd King like that. It used to be kind of fun watching the verbal sparring. Then it got boring. Now it's annoying.

I've got a couple contracts with Todd. I can't speak for agents, but I like working with an IMO who knows how to leave me alone until I need something. When I need something, the he/she needs to be extremely quick to respond. I also need him/her to be completely knowledgeable about every single product he represents, as well as other popular products. Todd is all those things and even though I don't put a ton of business under his agency, I appreciate working with him.

That's good to hear. I agree that Todd is a knowledgeable guy. But tell Todd to back up what he says about me in public up here. Otherwise I'll respond back in kind.

The info you just posted is outdated. There is strong emphasis on conserving business. After all, FE carriers don't usually get into the profit side till after around the 3rd year or so.

You're correct, it's not all milk and honey. Nothing is, especially in sales.
Which part doesn't apply.. 100% chargeback or withholding renewals?

Both points are out dated.
7th month part and 72.5% part.
7th month is 4 months. 72.5% has been lowered. I think it's 65%.
Both of these are protection mechanisms for brokers who roll business.

So at least 10% of your business will probably drop in the first 4 months so that 120% contract ( which few few agents qualify for) is now 108% contract . Again I'm not being combative. Since you say you have nothing to hide post a full contract so we all can see the actual contract language . It's only fair as your recruiting as you say .Also post a 120% contract as I want to see the renewals . Since your an open book . While your at it post the requirements needed to get these benefits and more importantly maintain them . Snl you needed $10k a month . IMO's are offering $20 dm leads and your full contract levels for high production.

Responding in kind is one thing. But calling someone out in a post by name, in a thread where he hasn't commented at all, looks more like picking a fight.

Todd has said negative things about me in other posts when I had never mentioned or referred to him. And no, I'm not going to waste my time digging them up.

Where do you get at least 10% of the production will drop off after 4 months? Sr Life sends us monthly reports on 4th, 7th, 10th, and 13th month persistency. Maybe 7th or 10th month 10% may fall off. Legacy helps our persistancy.

Why are you so curious about a 120 since you wouldn't qualify for one? As for contract language I'd have to contact licensing for a copy. The time I spent getting that info for you, who has zero interest in coming aboard, I can spend with someone else who wants to come on board and do telesales. Working smart my friend.

I'm guessing the contract language is fairly standard. Do you see a lot of difference among the carriers you represent? If you can get $20 DM leads and a 120% good for you.

Ok. I have seen him respond to things you've said where you didn't mention him by name, but at least you were present in the thread. I haven't ever seen him refer to you, or call you out, in a thread you where you had not been a participant. Maybe he has and I've just missed it. If I ever see him do that I'll say the same thing to him.

You may take Rouse's place as the hall monitor...lol. (That's a joke in case someone up here is thin skinned)...lol.
