This whole thread was just a set up for him. By arguing with him you allowed him to post all the "wonderful" things that SL does, which include things that are not so wonderful for the agent or client.

He always double-talks about commissions, won't ever directly answer questions about UW, especially when he's called out on something that SL can't do.

I called Greg out on posting a full present contract and full commission Grid from 120% down grids including renewals . I've yet ti ever here one single person with SL say . their at 120% comp . I thought recruiting in this board was a no no . Since SL is the greatest company in the world why are you afraid to post the above ? You damm well know few agents make it with SL as comp is terrible and vesting is atrocious . I replaced 2 Tele sales today . It's time to post the stuff I mentioned are shit up

Todd owns/operates along with his son who's a decorated veteran, an agency offering top level contracts with 40-50 different life/health companies.

Has offices (brick&mortar) in 2 states with employees on a payroll.

He built this on his own by working as an independent agent.

When he was out there he put up big numbers in final expense and Medicare,saved his money,built his agency that now has over 2,000 agents.

What have you built that belongs to you ?

I 'm not up here every day all day long. I'm busy. I have plenty of TV leads just minutes old that are financed and agents from this forum who have been interested in telesales calling me. We're enjoying record production because of the covid.

That begs the question of how can you guys live up here on this forum for several hours a day for several days a week? It must be that either you don't have leads to work, or you have leads to work but you don't have anyone with years of telesales experience to show you the ropes, or your spouse is supporting you, or you're maxing out your credit cards, or you live at home with your parents. Or maybe it's some combination of the above? (Now watch the verbal jabs come at me in full force from this 3 man peanut gallery...lol)

I will be glad to answer your questions and any others you may have. I'm successful enough that I don't have to hide anything. I am also successful enough that I don't have to answer your questions either. I am curious though. Since you're happy where you're at are you just asking these questions trying to poke holes in what I can offer agents?

Minions here's a piece of advice: try to sound professional and positive up here. Don't sound all whiny and negative and distrustful because that's what losers do. Otherwise you may give the impression that you are in your 20's, 30's, or maybe 40's living at home with your parents. Or living in an apt. rather than a nice house. I'm not trying to ridicule you but trying to help you.

Get yourself some leads and get busy! People are signing up left and right! You'll make more $$$ working leads than you will hanging around this water cooler.

Todd, before I get busy working on my income here's a few notations/questions for you.

You've never posted anything that refutes what I ever said up here. I've called you out quite a few times to do that but you always respond back with some weak lame excuse.

Anyway, moving in a different direction, let's make things simple for you right now, right here.
_Do you finance your agents' leads?
_Do any of your carriers have TV leads?
_Do any of your carriers offer group health, group term, group cancer, vision, dental, and health for agents and their families?
_Do any of your carriers put charge backs on the agents' 25% so the charge backs don't come out of the agents' advances?
_Do any of your carriers allow agents to buy stock in them?
_Do any of your carriers have much more than a year or 2 doing telesales?
_Do any of your carriers provide 4th, 7th, 10th month persistency reports?

You don't have to research anything now. These questions are right here and you can answer them all in less than 60 sec. I can't make it any easier than this for you.
