I don't think so. It usually depends on who you talk to. But with that being said FYC is only one part of the total package. Recruiters that are commission whores are like that because high commissions is all they can offer agents.

Anyway, I gotta get to work. Agents are answering my recruiting ads looking for a great telesales opportunity from someone who knows what they're doing. Have a wonderful rest of your day.

So straight out if anyone, new or experienced, calls you today for a contract what is the starting fyc and renewals?

This whole thread was just a set up for him. By arguing with him you allowed him to post all the "wonderful" things that SL does, which include things that are not so wonderful for the agent or client.

He always double-talks about commissions, won't ever directly answer questions about UW, especially when he's called out on something that SL can't do.
