Who does everyone use?

I just noticed that my E&O is about to renew in a few days and I currently go through E&O for less (mercer) but was curious who everyone else uses. I was informed that Mercer left their relationship with E&O for less and now it is another company.

I am looking for coverage for the following...
Life
Health - LTC and possibly Medicare Supp
Fixed and Index Annuities
Possibly P&C
