Who else Took Transamerica's Survey??

I took it. You can always tell when a survey is designed by clueless people. This was an example of that.

Not at all. They weren't clueless, they just had an agenda and they don't care what your agenda or any other agent's agenda is.
 
Is anyone really surprised that Insurance companies are bastions of blatant self interest? It is what it is. Take what they give you or go work retail...
 
Everyone Email agent support and tell them exactly what would make things better for agents and TA. If enough agents tell them that they might listen/care.
 
About the only gripe I have with Monu is that there's not a way to check all your clients' paid to dates on one page. You have to click on each client to see if they're up to date. Unless someone knows a trick to it?

I have never understood why companies want to hide this from agents. They want the business to stay on the books, right? Nothing beats a phone call from the agent as soon as the NSF happens.
 
They do send and email about 2 weeks after the draft nfs, only lists the policy number not the name, anf if you check online right after getting the email, no luck, site down for maintenance
