You've said some pretty stupid things here. This has got to be one of the top ten, though.

You can insure anything, as long as you can properly price the risk and have a broad enough market.

customer claims poverty but has four-wheelers parked on lawn, its like the people who can't pay their car insurance but have on $200 sneakers. I ended up telling them I could not help them anymore.

Good move Heather. It's hard to walk away from $$. Believe me, I know. But if you know it's a bad risk that's going to bleed time and energy away from you and take you away from the good clients - it's a good move. People like that are more likely to file claims, too.
