I think it may make a difference on who your contact/underwriter is. Some seem to regularly take longer than everyone else I submit to. Again, it depends on who you're working with, but from an overall point of view, I think if you're ok with being treated like they're doing you a huge favor when RPS does provide a quote, and don't mind waiting for emails to be returned, they can be your plan "B".

It's been a week and RPS still hasn't gotten back to me with a GL quote for a contractor. What's the normal turnaround time with these guys?

Is this just a basic GL? 48 hours or don't expect any more submissions from us. What RPS office are you using? We have a few brokers that usually have same day quotes for us.
