Will this Marriage Finally Be Consummated?

GNW behavior sucks, there is no "dilemma". If anyone's contemplating joining GNW as a career agent, it is a problem - and will continue to be a problem and a matter to consider quite seriously (how'd you, esteemed forum participants, advocates of agent independence, would have liked to have your renewals threatened or suspended as a punishment for leaving the career org, even while abiding by the terms?).

Oy vey, (correct usage ?)

I don't know what you are talking about.

What is the beef your company had with GNW ?

If you are a career agent that leaves before being vested they keep your renewals. It is in the contract, very straightforwrd. A flawed system, IMO. But nothing ethically wrong with it.

Same flawed system at LTCFP. It is just a bad deal, IMO.

The fact that GNW now appoints the merged entity - only partially rights the wrong inflicted in the first place.

Please tell us what these perceived wrongs were ?

The fact that you now feel its ok to merge with someone that "wronged" you, shows me a lot. If you really feel they wronged you, stand up, there are other companies, like you said.

You really have a lot of chutzpah ( correct ? ) to come on here and flip flop the way you do. Any agent sitting in your recruiting office should walk out.

The real shock is that the two merged companies have only 400 agents.
The two of them used to have over 500 agents EACH?

:yes::yes::yes:

But you see, these agents were vested - and yet GNW found it fit to threaten them with taking their renewals and actually (in some cases, I believe) proceeded to withhold them.

Seriously? Did you even read the previous posts on the matter?
LTCFP did not merge with Genworth. It merged with ACSIA (very different entity).

And please quote, what did I flip-flop on ?

What agents are you talking about ?

Ones that were captive with GNW and then went to LTCFP ?

You can dodge this all you want. Your choice. I am not buying your shtick.

And please quote, what did I flip-flop on ?

I already posted this before.
