World Contract

I didn't realize you had that much experience in the market. No, you should not have any problems with charge backs.

I have seen a lot of new, promising agents get crushed by them.

No problem Frank! I too have seen agents get crushed by chargebacks. I'm new to the independent thing, but it's actually easier than just offering health insurance from one company like I did with the bank.

I agree with John.. If you aren't forcing one call closes and pressure selling, the business seems to stick.

I've also seen agents get crushed by chargebacks. Overwhelmingly they were selling junk plans based on the cheapest price, not explaining the plans, and selling "becky, age 26" off interent leads when "becky" doesn't have two nickles in her checking account.

If you're selling properly to the right clients there's no chargeback liability. On top of that, unless you have a working spouse or about 8 months of bills in the bank you can't go as-earned.
