Call came into the house yesterday. Wife answered. Robocall indicating "You recently started an application on hc.gov but did not complete it. Would you like to finish now? Press 1 to connect".

Verify number was actually from HC.gov?i.e. could've been a robodialer from an ins agency/lead vendor, etc.

Not from hc.gov. We have never registered there. Figured it was Joe Stevens calling.

Since I called in on the last day to help a client, I have received about 3-4 of these calls from the Marketplace. However, since people can mask a phone number calling with these robo dialers, who knows.

Hey that was me.....good news I wasn't going to do a fraudulent insurance app, I was planning on identity theft.

Wow, interesting marketing method. I put my number in atHC.gov on 12/14/14, the day the message played, asking to enter phone# for callback. I did receive calls every 2-3 days for about a week, giving the HC.gov # to call to complete app. I wanted to see if they would call, since the recording was from last year. Same terms as last year. The recording wasn't on for long.
