Wow Ben Bowman Was Going to Leave 360 and Go to Efes?

Not trying to start trouble.. Just wondering what makes EFES such a good career move..

So many factors, but in a nut shell...Me and Eric did a merger and it opened up a lot of opportunities for me. I am no longer several levels down. I am equal levels and it allows me to never be in an agents way. The support from the new business department, contracting department, lead department, etc. gives me way more freedom and time to spend with my agents. The training now is 2nd to none since it is a click through course with tests, slides, videos, etc. to get a new agent trained on EVERY single aspect of this business without worrying about skipping over something.

I also love how the agents have control over lead flow. They get to talk to the lead department weekly and control their leads instead of crossing their fingers and hoping. EFES was known by some for not being consistent with lead flow and we figured out EXACTLY why that was and it has been fixed. EFES was not charging up front which was hard to continue to drop back to back to back for an agent you just met and had no idea if they would actually go to work. Now it is the deposit setup like agencies that use RGI have, so none of my agents flow has been messed up at all.

I also just added in a National Sales Manager that will fly to an agent and train them for a full week in the AGENTS AREA and the agent doesn't give up any comp for this. The agent doesn't go under the national sales manager...we handle paying them.

Also when I have my blitzes, everyone shows up to them. Before it was just me doing EVERYTHING. Now I have people working WITH me and it has been a night and day difference.

That just touches on some of it and I was not going to say anything about it on here, but you asked twice. I didn't want you thinking I was dodging the question.

So SPUR CITY came over to EFES along with you and Springbok? And SPUR mentioned seeing you on the leaderboard. So it sounds like it.

That's a cool leaderboard you all have:

And Spur didn't move over to EFES. He probably saw the leaderboard from a fellow agent or something. Spur is still doing his thing with The Squad.

Wow, good to have you! This is a great group! Everybody's willing to help everybody. Today, for example, one of Ben's agents is taking one of my agents on a ride along!

Let me know if you ever need anything!

Sure did! Had a great time. We have a VERY different culture here at EFES. If you want to know more, just ask!

As Ben stated... EFES is a company that is all for the agent... truly for the agent. It's been a night and day difference and the back office support has been remarkable. We are one hell of a team for sure!

Thanks Ben.. I can see how what you describe would be much better for you. But what would make EFES a better opportunity for an agent that is just going to produce and not have a downline?

I think Ben explained this well. Due to the fact that he is now a Partner at EFES, it means his contracts moved up so that he is now able to allow his producers who produce the opportunity to no longer be capped at a level. This allows us to achieve levels we were unable to get before. Make sense?

It's a win-win. A great opportunity for Ben and his family, a well earned one at that; and a great opportunity for him to change the lives and income of his agents as well.

EFES's stock just went up in my opinion. They just rolled in some heavy hitters. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I left Securus 5 or 6 years ago and haven't looked back. They are number one in my book.

Thing with them is they are not static. They change and grow and adapt to what needs to be done. They're flexible. Always bettering themselves for the benefits of their agents, and of course their business.

You nailed it brother... EFES continually looks for ways they can make their organization better for their agents. While they are a business and operate with a vested interest, they/we are 1,000% agent focused and setup.

Having come from Symmetry, WFG and others... partnering with Ben at 360 was a huge step up. Us coming over to EFES... takes it to a whole other level!

Adding Springbok to the mix... and man, Emiril is gonna have a seizure with him excitement BAM!

Not really sure what I saw d that made you think my move only benefited people wanting to move.

For a high producer, I can get him to the comp levels he deserves without being restricted by several uplines. And then the leaderboard would be nice for some agents that like recognition. Lastly, the support staff would really come in handy.

For a new to FE agent, it's an unbelievable training system we've built. National sales trainer. Reports to monitor their numbers so they know where they are done my good and where might need improvement. They get all this without compromising comp. Our agents also get paid on issue to help with paying for leads. They even get this on companies that pay others on draft date.

So still unsure where I said anything about building a team.
